If at any time an item does not perform due to a defect, return it to
us. We will replace it without charge. Videos and DVDs are returnable
only if unopened or faulty due to a defect.
When your merchandise arrives, inspect it. If you are not satisfied,
return it for an exchange, replacement or full refund.
